SpeakFlow Translate translates and dubs YouTube videos. We respect your privacy and process only the minimum data needed to provide the service.

Data we process

• Subtitle text of the video you are watching: sent to our translation server (Google Translate or your chosen AI model) and to the voice server to translate and read it aloud. Not stored long-term.
• Settings (language, voice, font size): stored in your browser (chrome.storage); not sent anywhere.
• Account (if you buy VIP): email + password (hashed) to manage your plan and payment.
• Translated-subtitle cache: stored locally in your browser for faster reloads.

We do NOT

• Collect your browsing history.
• Sell or share your personal data with third parties.
• Track you beyond the video being translated.

Third parties

To translate and synthesize speech, subtitle text may be sent to: Google Translate, Microsoft Azure/Edge TTS, and (if you choose) Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic. Payments are processed by PayPal. Please refer to their policies.

Your rights

You can delete your account or data anytime by emailing support@speakflowlive.com.
