Terms of Use

SpeakFlow Live, SpeakFlow Pro and SpeakFlow Translate · Updated 22 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and ESIMONE PTE. LTD. ("we") for using SpeakFlow. By using the apps or buying a plan you accept them. Apps downloaded from the App Store are also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

The service

SpeakFlow provides machine transcription, translation, voices, summaries and a meeting bot. Machine translation can be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on it alone where a mistake could cause harm — for example medical, legal, safety or financial decisions — and check important content with a qualified person.

Plans, trials and auto-renewal

• SpeakFlow Pro subscriptions (monthly or yearly) include an allowance of usage every 30 days, shown in the app before you buy. Unused allowance does not carry over.
• A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Hour packs and meeting-minute packs are one-time purchases that add time to your licence. Hours bought for the Mac and Windows apps do not expire.

Refunds

Purchases through Apple or Google are refunded under their policies. For web purchases, contact support@speakflowlive.com within 14 days if the service did not work for you.

Fair use and capacity

Plans are for one person's own use on the devices allowed by the licence. Sharing a licence, reselling access, or automated use to extract translations at scale is not allowed. At busy times a session may wait briefly for a free line or use the phone's own voice instead of an AI voice.

Your responsibilities

• Only translate, record or send the bot into conversations and meetings where you have the right to do so, and tell participants where the law requires it.
• Do not use SpeakFlow to break the law, infringe others' rights, or harm or harass anyone.
• Content you translate stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to process it to provide the service.

Availability and changes

We work to keep SpeakFlow available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features or these terms; material changes will be shown in the app or on this page before they apply.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, SpeakFlow is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Ending

You may stop using SpeakFlow at any time. We may suspend a licence that breaks these terms.
